Rod Moore
Chairman

Rod is a graduate of Warwick University where he studied modern languages. Since then he has founded and run several successful businesses. In 1991 he saw the opportunity to deliver outsourced, non-core services to IT manufacturers and has spent the last 20 years building companies to support the IT OEM community with engineer orientated managed services. His current vision is to build a&o services into an exceptional cloud services business supported by employees who take personal accountability for their part in the Company’s commitment to service excellence.

David Ashfield
Chief Operating Officer

David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. He has acted as Group Finance Director for Hartwell plc, a multi franchised dealership group with extensive property and retail finance interests. Prior to that he held Director level roles at leading vehicle rental operators Hertz and Europcar. He also spent five years working in private equity in London.

Steve McCorry
Chief Technical Officer

Steve is a 20 year technology veteran. He has previously held senior positions at Racal, Cisco Systems and Symbol technologies (now Motorola). At CISCO he was Director of Internet Business Solutions for the UK and the Nordic countries. At Symbol he led a team of over 100 System Engineers and Consultants across EMEA in his role as Senior Technical Director. As well as leading the Company’s technical strategy Steve heads a consultancy team that acts for IBM, advising some of the largest FTSE 100 companies on mobile technology solutions.

Paul Parrish
Chief Executive Officer

Paul has spent over thirty years in the IT industry, working for many of the largest organisations in the country in senior roles. Paul’s experience covers many disciplines from; account management and sales to delivery and technology products. He was most recently Managing Director of Phoenix IT services, where he was responsible for the entire partner services business and prior to that Managing Director of Fujitsu Technology Solutions, where he was responsible for the complete portfolio of Fujitsu technology products, including the retail and VME business units. In addition he was also responsible for a services business selling and delivering into the SME market.

Sharon Fox
HR Director

Sharon is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (MCIPD). Sharon has specific skills and experience in transition and change management strategies that address both the business and workforce challenges. She joined a&o services in 2005 as HR Manager and rose to HR Director in 2011. She is instrumental in driving change through the business to enhance both client satisfaction and promote a productive work environment.

Chris Bamforth FCCA
Finance Director

In his time with a&o, Chris has been integral to the review of our operating practices to improve efficiencies and drive up the quality of our service – all with a view to delivering scalability, control and value to our customers. Prior to joining a&o Chris has held a number of senior finance roles with Thomson Reuters, Avaya, IBM and BP and is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants.

Bill Harley
Operations Director

Having started his career as a mainframe support engineer Bill has performed most roles the computer service industry has to offer. He has worked both in the UK and abroad over the last 15 years and been involved in several consulting roles helping to merge businesses and improve their performance. His most recent full time position was as Operations Director of Fujitsu Services UK looking after their £130M business. He retired from full time employment in 2009 but remains active in consulting and interim management.
